|Recommended: No300-400 in additional fees nothing included — Rent for 1 bedroom is 17-1875
trash is additional 50 per month and you can’t opt-out. Parking is not included 50, Internet is mandatory through a specific provider 60 and you pay a general electric fee that’s an average for the entire building not just what you use. Maintenance leaves on electricity of apartments that are empty so residents pay for that too. I’m in a one bedroom and pay 160 in electricity the same as our neighbors in a three bedroom with four tenants. It’s unbalanced.

|Recommended: NoUnbelievably expensive for a tiny apartment. Hidden fees every month of rent, being charged double for trash, maintenance people coming in without any warning. Over all…I would never choose to live here again and cannot wait to get out of my lease. I’m paying over 2000 for their smallest 1bed1bath

|Recommended: YesI've had a very positive experience living at this apartment complex. The location is fantastic—convenient and close to everything I need. The staff, especially Kandi and Bill, are incredibly friendly and attentive. They go out of their way to make residents feel welcome and taken care of.
The amenities are a major highlight the gym is well-equipped, the pool is always clean and inviting, and the clubhouse is a great space to relax or hang out with friends. The community feels safe, well-maintained, and overall like a great place to call home.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, enjoyable living experience.

|Recommended: YesFriendly and Quiet — I'm in a carriage house and it's quiet. My 1 bedroom is a nice layout with full laundry, microwave, and dishwasher. I love having a garage right below me for quick access to storage. Everyone that lives here is friendly and polite. I've had zero complaints. The staff and maintenance are super nice. The clubhouse is amazing, it has everything. Although the grilling area has been down ever since I moved in. It's been great living here.

|Recommended: YesI've been here for almost a year and seeing this place develop has been exciting. The staff members, construction, and maintenance team have put in a lot of work to make this complex a dynamic place to live. The gym has been a huge plus to living here. I am so happy that the trails and dog park are complete, there are doggy poop trash bins that make it easy for everyone to clean up after our pups. Very glad that we made the decision to move here and it wouldn't have been possible without Kandi. We moved here from out of state and she made the process seamless. And thanks to all the staff who always work efficiently and have amazing customer service
