|Recommended: YesDog poop and construction — We absolutely love your office staff especially Summer She goes above and beyond. She is always friendly and greets us with a smile on her face.
We have noticed a LARGE amount of dog poop around the apartment complex especially near the walk ways that enter the buildings. When I say LARGE amount I mean A LOT
I wasn't too impressed with the mess leftover in the new apartment. Glue on the floor in several spots. Marks on the floor as well as on the door. Screws missing, doors not able to shut or lock, front door off it's mark on and on.
I did love how the maintenance team responded right away and fixed minor problems.

|Recommended: YesNot as enamored. — Between the loud upstairs neighbors who like to run laps until 9 00 at night and the neighbor who accepted the Door Dash that wasn’t theirs. The word community is lost here. No one really makes eye contact here and there hasn’t been any hint of community events. Just not really what we were looking for. Most of the community type gathering places haven’t been built or are closed now.

|Recommended: NoI’m going to hold off on the referal — Was that a drive by last night I might be new to living within city limits but I was not expecting to hear someone shooting off a gun in the middle of the night last night. Starting to rethink the gated vs in gated community thing.
Hello Jane, I am bit confused as nobody has alerted the office of a gun shot. Currently Modera Lacey has "Thompson Security" monitoring the community in the evenings and we have not had any notifications from them. I will follow up with the Lacey police to see if there was any activity during the evening of 10/27. Thank you for the heads up!
|Recommended: YesGreat potential — Overall the apartments are pretty good, decent features, lots of parking, nice gym, friendly staff, main issue we’re having is urgency with repairs, over 3 weeks without a washer is pretty insane to have to deal with when only 2 buildings are occupied, I can only imagine what that could be when all units are occupied. A lack of response to complaints as well as general communication with repairs are most of the issues we’re having other than that it’s a nice place to be.

Thank you for taking the time to provide such great feedback! We agree, we love the features and amenities as well. My apologies that it took so long getting the washer replaced. The work order was placed with Whirlpool twice and both times they sent the incorrect replacement part. After the second mistake, we opted to just put another washer in the home for both of you. Again, our apologies for the wait. Hopefully that has solved the problem and you are back to enjoying your home! if not, don't hesitate to reach out to us! |Recommended: Yes10 10 Office Staff — My partner and I moved in at the end of July and we absolutely love it here at Modera One of the reasons why we love living here is because of how easy it is to get information and communicate with the front office staff. They respond to requests in a timely manner and are super friendly.
